AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 00, WASTEWATER SERVICE
CHARGES AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE COST RECOVERY, ARTICLE 1,
SECTION 4 OF VILLAGE OF WINSLOW ORDINANCES
ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF WINSLOW, ILLINOIS

Published in electronic form by authority of the Village Board of the Village of Winslow,
Stephenson County, Illinois, this 3rd day of April, 2002.
Whereas, the Village of Winslow desires to amend Chapter 00, Wastewater Service Charges
and Industrial Waste Cost Recovery, Article 1, Section 4 of Village of Winslow Ordinances so
as to change the monthly water and sewer rate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Winslow, Illinois, as follows:
1. The paragraph entitled RATES as included in Chapter 00, Wastewater Service Charges and
Industrial Waste Cost Recovery, Article 1, Section 4 of Village of Winslow Ordinances is hereby
amended and revised to read as follows:
RATES. The basic user charge per month for each person required to have a permit as provided
herein shall be as follows:
